The mission of the town of Mendon Republican Committee is to promote and continue the Republican Party philosophy by identifying and supporting candidates for public office, who will impart those ideas towards the betterment of government for the people of Mendon. We hope that these ideals, which have served us so well in making this community what it is, will continue to serve us in assuring Mendon's future lifestyle.

We are looking forward to leading the town into the future - for REAL fiscal responsibility, stable taxes, and to assure a culturally rich community. The Mendon GOP's traditions, philosophies, and political record are the foundation that the majority of the town residents look to for the continued viability of the community's unique culture.

The town's resources and finances are precious and the recent history of double digit tax increases must stop. It will be a long road to come back from the financial disaster of prior administration, but the good news is that it all stops with 2010. It will take time, but we are now on the road to recovery with two fiscally responsible Republican Town Board members. Please help us repair the damage done to the Town's finances and let us all join together to stand up for what is best for the Town of Mendon. We look forward to regaining two more Town Board spots in 2011 so we can get the town's business done right - including the Library.

Committee member and former DEC Regional Director and Monroe County Legislator Sean Hanna is running to represent us in the State Assembly as the 130th District representative.
