QUALIFICATIONS:
Elected Mendon Town Clerk seven times: 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2011.
Earned Certification from New York State Town Clerks Association as a Registered Municipal Clerk.
Three and a half years experience before first election in the office as Mendon Deputy Town Clerk.
Highly developed public relations skills; organized and informed decision maker; strong team player.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Elected Mendon Town Clerk 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2011. Thoroughly versed in all Town Clerk duties, including those related to the Town Board, license issuing, public relations, etc.
Appointed Receiver of Taxes 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, and 2010. Responsible for the collection and distribution of approximately $15 million in taxpayer money . Knowledge of duties has allowed for consistent, quick turnover of tax money to administration.
Appointed Deputy Town Clerk 1992. Served three and a half years in office performing all duties now responsible for.
My range of duties puts me in constant contact with the public, and particularly Mendon residents. I handle varied, complex and sometimes senstive requests, concerns, and complaints from the public, both in person and on the telephone, all day, every day.
Two year active duty enlistment in the US Army where training emphasized thorough organization, thoughtful planning, informed problem solving, and quick decision making.
Experience in all positions held has developed strong team attitude in dealings with co-workers.
